This tutorial will guide you through the two primary communication methods available on the portal: public and private communication.

Let's begin by discussing public communication, which involves communication with clients.

To illustrate this, navigate to the projects page and select the project you wish to communicate about.

For instance, if you need to notify the client that certain assets are ready, locate the relevant files in the final files folder.

Click on one of the files to open the comments section. Here, you can leave a comment and tag the client, such as letting them know the audio is ready for review. Once done, send the comment.

You can also tag other team members in the comments, ensuring everyone involved in the project can see the communication.

Now, let's take a look at private communication. Return to the project page and choose a specific task.

Within each task, there is a 'Team Talk' section where team members can communicate privately.

Use this section to discuss task-related matters, which will only be visible to team members. For example, you could ask for an update on a request from the client.
