Overview of the Team Member Dashboard
This tutorial provides an overview of the team member dashboard, highlighting its features and customization options.
Initially, you will notice several sections on your dashboard, including the Pinned Podcasts, Recently Visited Podcasts, Calendar, and To-Dos.
In the top right corner, you have Dashboard Options that allow you to customize which parts you want to view. If you prefer not to have the Calendar, simply unclick the option to make it disappear. To turn it back on, you can click again to restore it.
You can move and resize the modules on your dashboard by clicking and dragging from the corners. Adjust any module to your preference for better organization—you can move the To-Dos section to the top if desired.
The Recently Visited Podcasts section automatically shows the podcasts you've interacted with recently. You can click View All or navigate to podcasts at the top of the page to see all available podcasts.
The Pinned Podcasts section may initially be empty. Let's demonstrate how to pin a couple of podcasts to showcase dashboard functionality.
Return to the podcast page and select The Imagineering Story. After viewing this podcast, you will notice it automatically appears in the Recently Visited Podcasts section upon returning to your dashboard.
To pin the Imagineering Story, click the Pin option located in the top left corner. When returning to your dashboard, the podcast will now be displayed in the Pinned Podcasts section.
To pin another podcast, navigate to that podcast'spage, and select the Pin option there as well. Both podcasts will then show up in your dashboard under Pinned Podcasts.
If you wish to unpin a podcast, you cannot do so directly from the dashboard. Instead, return to the respective podcast page and click the Pin button again. This will remove it from your dashboard.
Regarding the Calendar, you'll see a gray circle with a blue dot on days when specific tasks are due, indicating reminders for that day.
For the To-Dos, if nothing is specifically assigned, the items may still appear if you are a follower of projects. This is somewhat unusual in the current example, but typically you will see assigned tasks reflect in your list.
