This tutorial guides you through the final steps of migrating a client by setting up their podcast template in the portal.
To begin, scroll to the top of the page and navigate to Admin Options, then click on Project Templates.

You will see a pre-created template for Agile Mentors that requires some adjustments.

Next, check the project value by visiting FreshBooks and reviewing the most recent invoices to determine the charge per episode, which is currently $177.

Enter the project value into the appropriate field; you can choose whether to include the decimal and zeros.

Now, add tasks for each activity involved. First, create a task named Pro Audio Editing, assign it to Mike, and set up notifications for Karen when it's completed.

Add a new task labeled Send to Client for Review, assigning it to Karen without any notification required.

Next, create a task called Publish Episode and assign it to Karen without notifications, as she is the project manager.

If there are additional tasks such as creating show notes, create a corresponding task and assign it to Mike, ensuring to notify Karen when it is done.

Finally, after reviewing all tasks and project value, scroll down to the bottom right corner and click on Save to complete the setup process.

By following these steps, you will have successfully set up a podcast template for your client, ensuring that future projects are efficiently managed with appropriate notifications and billing.
