Okay, let's take a look at an overview of the client portal. Bear in mind that each of these sections I'm going to show you have their own dedicated video that will take a deeper dive and explain these in greater detail. This is the dashboard, which you can customize. You can see at a glance. You have the ability to pin podcasts that you use most often or you access most often. Recently visited podcasts will be here in this section. Current notifications or most recent notifications can be found in the section on the right scrolling down. There's a section for to dos that are specific to projects that you are a part of. And then you've got a calendar at the bottom which you can use as a guide, a quick guide to see when different projects are due. And you can customize your dashboard if you'd like. Moving across the top, we have the Projects page. You can view this in a few different way, including Calendar view. As you can see here on Calendar View, it's going to list when a project is due and this will show up as the day before it's set to publish. So if we click on this, you'll see that the publication date is Friday, November 29th, but if we go back to the calendar view, you'll see that that was showing up on the day before Thursday, November 28th. Moving across to the Tasks page, this will show you any projects that you are part of. You can drill down into those and see what the tasks are, who they're assigned to, what the status of each of those tasks are. You can click through to them if you'd like to get more detail on that, and you can see what the due date is for each task. There's the Team Talk section as well. So the specifics for each task can be found that way. That's one of the ways you can get to a task. We'll look at a different one here in just a minute. The podcasts page will take you to a view that shows you all the podcasts that you have access to. You can click through to that podcast and get more detail on it, including the team members that are part of it, more recent activity for that particular podcast, the global assets for it, all the projects that are part of that podcast, and a calendar overview of different tasks. One thing to note, you may not be able to click through to all of these projects. It will depend on whether or not you're part of that project. So if we go back to the Projects page, you'll see for Mousehouse Weekly, this user only has access to the history of Space Mountain. So if we go back over to the podcast page, if we try to click on any other project, you'll see we get an error. However, if we try to click on the History of Space Mountain project, then you'll see that I do have access to that. So if you ever get that, just know that it's. If you're not able to pull up a project, it's because you are not listed as one of the members of that podcast. These are the people here that have access to this specific project page. Most of the time those are going to be the same, but just be aware that it does distinguish or check to make sure you have access to that project before it grants you the ability to see that project. And then of course, we have the tasks over here again, you can click on these tasks and see the specifics that we talked about before. This is the other way that you can access a task page. Moving across the top again, we have the files section. Each podcast that you have access to will you'll be given access to the file management system for each of those podcasts. And you can see we have a structured system for each podcast. Base files are the global assets that the client has given us for that podcast. Then we have final files and raw files. When a client uploads new files for us, the system automatically creates a raw file and a final file for that episode so you don't ever have to create those folders. The system will create those automatically and then you can dig into those files to to find either the final files or the raw files. Of course, those are already accessible via the project page. And then you have a PPS only folder, which is exactly what it sounds like. Only PPS team members have access to these folders. The client does not. Here's another way to get to the Calendar view. We saw that through Projects and clicking on Calendar view earlier. And Activity is going to show you all the activity across all the podcasts and projects that you have access to. We also saw the ability to see that on a spot specific podcast level earlier when we were on a podcast page. This is going to be activity that's specific to this podcast, whereas the general activity here across the top is not restricted by a specific podcast. Moving over here to the top right corner, you've got your notifications section. You can search the portal by clicking on the magnifying glass. The cog is going to take you to your personal profile page where you can update that and then your image. Over here in the very far corner, the edit profile takes you to this specific page we're already looking at. Dashboard takes you back to the dashboard. Logging out will log you out. You've got training right here, and then also at the bottom of every page you've got a life preserver icon. Both the life preserver and the training link here will take you to the knowledge base training resources for the portal where you can dig in and see all the training resources we have available for.
