Setting Up Your Personal Profile

Let's take a look at how to set up your personal profile. To do this, navigate to the top right corner. Click on your profile image. Or if you haven't yet, set an image. You'll have a generic image icon here. Now choose Edit Profile. From here you'll be able to click the Upload profile image. Choose an image from your computer to be your profile image. You can also update your name and email address. You can supply an alternative email address. You can change your job title. We ask you not to change these because we want our job titles to be standard across all user profiles. You can update your time zone. You can also add in some notes, maybe a personal bio or tidbit about yourself. You'll also notice the associated podcasts section, but this is not something that you can update. Only an admin like your project manager or myself can update that information for you. Once you've updated all your information, navigate to the bottom right corner. Select Save. If you need to update your password, make sure you're logged out of the system. It'll take you to the login page, which is portal.proppodcastsolutions.com. From here, navigate to the Forgot Password link. Once you're here you can enter your email address. The system will then email you a confidential link so that you can reset your password.
